Yes. Everything is sourced through Japanese distribution and ships sealed in original factory packaging. We don't deal in resealed or counterfeit product.

Each product has its own minimum order quantity and order multiple, shown on the product page. Sealed product is usually sold in case multiples. There's no minimum order value across the catalog — see minimum order quantities.

You do, as importer of record. Duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees are charged by your own customs authority and aren't included in our prices. See shipping & customs.

No. We declare accurately at full commercial value. Under-declaring is an offence in both countries and voids carrier insurance on the shipment.

48 hours from placing the order. If payment hasn't cleared by then the reservation lapses and the order is cancelled, returning the stock to general availability.
