Payment methods

1. Submit your order as a payment request — stock is reserved for 48 hours.
2. If you chose crypto, a secure payment page opens straight away. For other methods, we email you a proforma invoice with a payment link or instructions.
3. You pay, quoting your order number as the reference.
4. Payment clears, stock is allocated, and we dispatch, usually within two business days.

If payment doesn't clear within the 48-hour window the reservation lapses and the order is cancelled. The stock returns to general availability, so a high-demand item may not still be there if you pay late.

You never enter a card number, bank login, or wallet credential on this site — there is no payment form to enter one into. Payment happens in your own banking or payments app, or on the payment provider's own checkout, against details we send you with your invoice and show on your order page.

Payment details only ever appear on an order you can already open, which means either the browser that placed it or one that has passed order tracking with the order number and the email address on it.

Quote your order number with every payment. An unreferenced payment can take days to match to an order, and until it is matched the reservation keeps counting down.

Send the invoiced amount in full. Where your bank or app deducts a fee, a payment that arrives short leaves a balance to settle before we can ship.
