Returns policy
What we will and won't take back, and how to raise a claim.

Report a problem within 7 days
Inspect every shipment on arrival. Email support@fudakura.com within 7 days of delivery quoting your order number, with photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the affected items. Carriers impose their own claim deadlines, and a late report can leave a genuine claim unrecoverable.
What we accept
- Items damaged in transit
- Short shipments — fewer units than invoiced
- Incorrect items — a product other than what you ordered
- Items materially not as described on the product page
- Manufacturing defects in sealed product
Where a claim is accepted we will, at our discretion, replace the goods, credit your account, or refund the affected lines including their share of shipping.
What we do not accept
- Opened sealed product. Once a box, pack, or case is opened it cannot be resold as sealed and cannot be returned.
- Pull rates or card contents. Trading card products are randomised. A box that yields no chase card is not defective, and disappointing pulls are not grounds for return.
- Market price movements. Card values move. A product losing value after purchase is a trading risk you accept as a reseller.
- Change of mind, over-ordering, or misjudged demand
- Items damaged after delivery, including in your own onward shipping
- Graded singles where the grade matches what was listed
Trade sales and consumer rights
We sell business-to-business. Statutory consumer cancellation rights — such as the EU/UK distance-selling cooling-off period — apply to consumers, not to trade purchases, and do not apply to orders placed on an approved wholesale account. Your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Returning goods
Do not ship anything back before we authorise it — unauthorised returns may be refused. Once authorised we will confirm the return address and who bears carriage. Where the fault is ours we cover return shipping; where goods are returned by agreement for another reason, you do.
Return shipments must be declared correctly as returned goods. Import charges arising from an incorrectly declared return are your responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers are refunded to the originating account. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin to an address you nominate — note that the amount refunded is the fiat value at the time of refund, so exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is yours to bear.
