The site sells to businesses only. Accounts require approval, and we may decline or revoke an application at our discretion — typically where business details cannot be verified. Wholesale pricing is confidential and provided for your purchasing decisions; you may not publish, redistribute, or share it.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties, and taxes. Quantity-break pricing applies automatically as order quantities cross the published thresholds.

Prices can change without notice. The price that binds is the one calculated when your order is placed, which is recomputed server-side at that moment — not a price previously displayed or held in a cart. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.

An order is an offer to buy. Placing it reserves stock for 48 hours pending payment; if payment does not clear in that window the reservation lapses and the order is cancelled. We accept your offer when we dispatch.

Minimum order quantities and order multiples are shown on each product and are enforced. Where stock proves unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to amend, substitute, or refund the affected lines.

We accept bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Orders ship after payment clears in full. Cryptocurrency payments must be sent for the exact quoted amount within the rate-lock window; underpayments are held for review and are not treated as settlement. You bear network and intermediary bank fees.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Import duties, taxes, and clearance are your responsibility as importer of record — see shipping & customs.

We are an independent reseller of genuine product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK Inc. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify the goods sold.

Trading card products are randomised. We make no representation about the contents, rarity distribution, or resale value of sealed product.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of resale value, loss of business or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Japan have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when your order is placed.
