Shipping & customs
Every order ships from Japan. Carriage is quoted at checkout from your destination and the actual parcel weight.
How shipping is calculated
We weigh your order, add packaging, and quote against live carrier rates for your destination zone. Wholesale orders routinely exceed a single parcel's weight limit — a case of booster boxes is not one EMS parcel — so heavy orders are split across multiple parcels and the quote reflects that. You'll see the parcel count before you pay.

Transit times
Estimates are shown per carrier at checkout and are business days after dispatch, not calendar days. They exclude time held in customs, which we cannot control or predict. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. They are charged by your own country's customs authority, usually to your carrier, who will collect from you before delivery.
Rates vary by country and by declared value. As a trade buyer you are typically the importer of record, so make sure you can account for the import before ordering at volume.
We declare orders accurately, at full commercial value, with a commercial invoice. We do not under-declare, mark commercial shipments as gifts, or falsify customs paperwork — these are offences in both the exporting and importing country, and they void carrier insurance.
Damage and loss in transit
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report transit damage or a shortage within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and contents, so we can file a carrier claim within their window. See returns.
